Straight talk, worth it or not?
Exceptional staff and stunning mountain views made the experience worthwhile. The drinks were delicious, and the beach bar had excellent service, adding to the overall enjoyment.
Limited dining options were disappointing, as only one restaurant operated at a time, leading to repetitive meals. Communication issues at arrival also caused frustration.

Just a solid selection for a stopover in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle with value for price. The breakfast staff was nice preparing our table on the terrace every morning to watch the sunrise over the Bay of Banderas. Make sure to take advantage of the beach club for some relaxation by the sea.

Great stay with helpful staff!
I stayed for 4 nights in a Double Junior Suite and had a nice time. The beach bar was a cool spot to unwind, and the staff went out of their way to help. The food was decent, but it was a bummer that only one restaurant was open at a time. Still, the drinks were spot on!

The seasonal dishes were a mouthwatering delight, especially the freshly made omelets! The staff, especially Daniel and Fernando, went above and beyond to ensure comfort. The property boasts stunning mountain views that are hard to beat!
Only one restaurant was open at a time, but they really made the best of it! And yeah, there were some unexpected charges after checkout, but the happy vibes stayed strong.

I truly appreciated the beautiful decoration throughout the resort, which incorporated local art and stunning natural elements, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The golf cart transport made getting around easy, especially for those of us who are seniors.
Improved food handling standards for hygiene.

We had an amazing time with friends at this beautiful resort! The beach club was a perfect spot to relax, while we also enjoyed exciting sports at nearby facilities. The staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. Definitely try the steak house and the hotdogs at the beach bar!
One downside was the internet connection. it wasn't great and had some restrictions, which can be an issue if you need to stay connected.

The private pool in the Master Suite provided a nice touch for relaxing evenings. The overall design of the rooms involved unique elements that enhanced comfort, leaving a decent impression despite some flaws.
One restaurant open at a time didn't cut it, making meals repetitive and dull during the stay. The advertised steakhouse? Nonexistent during our time there, which was a letdown. Towel availability was a hassle, with only two provided in a suite meant for two people. You’d think that’d come with more, right? The room itself faced cleanliness issues, with dirty furniture and a stubborn smell from the kitchen area. As for the promised beach shuttle service, it turned out to be more of a tri-daily inconvenience without reliable timing—an absolute disappointment if you plan on hopping back and forth from the beach.

I really enjoyed my stay in a Deluxe Junior Suite. Stunning views from my room were a highlight. The staff were friendly and gave attentive service. Beach club service exceeded my expectations. The resort felt clean and organized throughout. The only downside involved restaurant availability. often, only one was open at a time, leading to repetitive meals. An ice cream shop promised was never operational. A shuttle to the beach was more limited than advertised, running just three times a day. I faced issues with room access when keycards were repeatedly shut off. Overall, despite some inconveniences, the beauty of the property and the dedication of the staff made my visit worthwhile.

The resort offers stunning mountain views and incredible staff service. Daniel and Fernando in particular were outstanding during our meals. The food was delicious, especially the seasonal dishes and the freshly made omelets. However, the layout was a bit confusing, and we had to deal with limited dining choices, as only one restaurant was operational at a time. The shuttle to the beach was also inconvenient due to its infrequent schedule. Packing and unpacking was challenging due to limited storage in the room.

I had a lovely 4-night stay in a Double Junior Suite. The property was beautifully set with unique hillside architecture, and I really enjoyed the pools, especially the relaxing mineral water pool. However, only one restaurant was open at a time, which made dining options pretty limited during my stay. Overall, I would consider coming back for the stunning views and superb drink selection.
